1. Introduction

LookSync ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS application LookSync (the "App"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.

2. Uploaded Photos and Images

2.1 What we collect

When you use try-on features, you may provide:

• Reference images: Style or look photos you upload or select as a reference.
• Your photos (including selfies): Photos you upload or capture for try-on.
• Result images: Generated images produced from your request.

2.2 How we use them

We use uploaded photos and generated results only to provide the try-on feature you request — processing the look sync, showing the result in the App, and storing the images as described below so you can view or manage them.

2.3 Storage

These images are stored on our cloud servers and are visible only to you.

2.4 Sharing with third parties

To generate try-on results, we send the relevant images to OpenAI's enterprise / API services. OpenAI processes them only as we instruct to generate the requested result, and is not permitted to retain the images for its own purposes or use them for anything else. We may also disclose information if required by law, as described in Section 6.

2.5 Retention and deletion

• Reference images: Kept until you delete them. You can delete anytime; deletion is permanent and irreversible.
• Your photos and result images: Kept for 7 days, then automatically and permanently deleted. During those 7 days you can also delete them anytime; deletion is equally permanent and irreversible.
• Account deletion: Deletes uploaded photos and other data associated with your account.

3. Information We Collect

We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your email address and other information you choose to provide.
• Device Information: We may collect information about your device, including device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• Usage Information: We may collect information about how you use the App, including features you access and actions you take.
• Photos and Media: To provide try-on and look-synchronization features, the App uploads photos you select or capture. Practices for uploaded photos and images are described in full in Section 2.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features (including try-on / look synchronization)
• Process and complete transactions
• Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
• Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with the App
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats

Use of uploaded photos and images is limited as described in Section 2.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. Photos you provide through the App are stored on our cloud servers as described in Section 2. You can delete your content as described there. After deletion (or automatic expiry for your photos and results), we no longer retain the deleted data on our cloud servers for App use. If you delete your account, we will also delete data associated with your account.

While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• OpenAI (image processing): For try-on features, we share relevant photos with OpenAI's enterprise / API services solely to generate the result you request. OpenAI processes images only as we instruct, and is not permitted to store those images for its own purposes or use them for any other purpose. See Section 2.4.
• Other service providers: We may use infrastructure or operational providers (for example, cloud hosting) that process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect your information.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have certain rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: You can access and review your personal information through the App settings
• Deletion: You can delete reference images, your photos, and result images at any time through the App. Your photos and result images are also auto-deleted after 7 days. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. You can also delete your account to remove data associated with your account. See Section 2.5.
• Opt-out: You can opt-out of certain data collection by adjusting your device settings or App preferences. You can also choose not to upload photos; without photos, try-on features will not function.
• Data Portability: You can export your data from the App where that feature is available

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

9. International Data Transfers

Because your uploaded content may be stored and processed on cloud servers (and may be processed by OpenAI's enterprise / API services to fulfill your request), it may be transferred across countries/regions. Where applicable, we take measures designed to help protect your information.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
